Evaluation: If he has gastro-esphageal reflux, slower feedings, burping mid feed and after the feed and feeding at an angle may help. Discuss the possible causes with your Pediatrician. If there is green or red material in the vomitus, please see the Emergency department. Overfeeding though is a common cause of this problem in newborn infants. Smaller more frequent feedings may improve the pattern.
