Call your prescriber: Your prescriber should be able to help you with this. You may need to get a 2nd opinion , some one who does ot rely on benzodiazepines as much . There are definately other options that should help you. PCP or your payment cpverage should be able to help you find a good counselor, who does CBT many more non-med approaches that are effective than there used to be. , Best Wishes
