Maybe. Maybe not.: Any person having sex can catch a sexually transmitted infection. That's just the nature of STI's. Of course, the other person or one of the other persons have to be carrying an STI in order to transmit it. You can't get something from nothing. STI's do not typically cause a "lumpy vagina." A person with a "lumpy vagina" needs an in-person exam so her doctor can see what "lumpy" actually means.
