Should i be worried with intense sharp pelvic pain at 8 months pregnant, alleviates when lying flat & when legs are moved?

8 months pregnant ?: Sharp pain at 8 months may be due to separation of the pubic bone, joined in the midline. When positions (sitting, standing, walking) change, the two branches may hit together, and "bone on bone" pain results. If this continues, see your OB physician for reassurance.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain associated with a pregnancy is usually associated with a pregnancy issue. Labor, placental problem, pelvic expansion secondary to pregnancy enlarging the pelvis. Medical problems can happen during pregnancy such as kidney stone, pyelonephritis urinary tract infection. You should notify you provider about your symptoms.
