In the past week i have had an ovarian cyst. today i felt a very sharp pain in my ovary. also, i had unprotected sex last week. but i am on birth control. today i wiped and there was a little bit of blood. could it be that the cyst ruptured or prego?

Ovarian cyst ?'s: Ovarian cysts when they rupture, cause pain. Assuming you are not on oral bcp's, light bleeding can be causes by ovulation itself, or if later than your ovulation, by implantation of a fertilized egg. If your menstrual cycle is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
