Doctor can evaluate: Question is vague (we don't know if the head, the whole person, the floor, or the whole room is swaying). After explaining what a person's symptoms are, in detail, to her primary care doctor, she can do the "arm and head" hold to demonstrate to her primary care doctor the exact movement and positioning that makes the continuous swaying go away. Her doctor should then be able to figure things out.
