Must check the heart: A person with palpitations or known PVCs and gets the symptoms of inadequate circulation to the brain or body should call 911 (local emergency number) to go to the ER to be checked right away for a major heart problem. That means not waiting at home to see if it turns into something like a heart attack. As the saying goes, "better safe than sorry."
