In september i was stretching my penis and later i developed pain and tenderness on the right side of penis, groin and leg and that it hangs more to the left. when getting erect it can hang up to 40 degrees but almost straightens when fully erect.

Doctor can examine: A normal penis without Peyronie disease can be mildly curved when erect. Peyronie disease is due to a thickened, firm area (caused by scarring after some inflammation or injury) in the compartment where blood flows in to pressurize the penis into an erection. We stretch muscles, which includes their tendons, to stay flexible. We do not stretch penises. One's primary care doctor can examine it.
