Hi, a couple days ago i had a feeling like i had a stomach ache. and i did not eat alot that day. it was like saturday. it has been on and off uncomfortable slight cramping on the right side near my belly button but a little lower.

Exam needed: Those symptoms raise possibility of appendicitis especially if there's associated tenderness of the right lower abdomen. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing are available.
