Post C/S pain ?'s: A C-section scar will become tender when continuing to heal, which produces fresh nerve endings in the scar. Increased activity as you recover from the surgery will cause the scarred area to become more painful. This will disappear in time, but see your surgeon who did the C/S to make sure there is no infection or stitch abscess.
