Sore throat/cough: Non-medical symptomatic management that has not risk to supply or baby include salt water gargle, drinking honey with tea, and over-the-counter saline rinses.

Throat lozenge &...: Most of OTC cough meds and throat lozenge, i.e., sucret, are safe for breastfeeding.
