I've been having foamy urine for 5+ years now (only foamy when i pee standing), is it something i should be worried about?

Proteinuria: Is suggested by the aspect of your urine. When only standing, it suggests a benign condition called orthostatic proteinuria. In order to prove or disprove this possibility, a urine analysis will be needed that I recommend you have during your regular annual physical with your doc. Other possibilities cannot be excluded with limited history available.
