A member asked:

Could you tell me what are some disease/health problems that cause poor circulation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PAD: What most people call "poor circulation" is actually termed "peripheral arterial disease" or "pad." this results from atherosclerosis, a hardening of the arteries from fatty deposits in the blood vessel wall that leads to narrowing or blockages. The four biggest risk factors of pad are smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
