Probably ok, but...: We can't be sure about the safety of over-the-counter medications during breastfeeding or pregnancy, because they are usually not as thoroughly tested as prescription medications are. The Mederma website says "Mederma® Stretch Marks Therapy locks moisture in to help prevent stretch marks.* And it may be used during pregnancy, beginning in the second trimester, and while breastfeeding..."
