Numbness with chest : The biggest concern is that women often do not typically present with classic pain from serious heart problems and wonder if that is what she has, requiring an emergency room visit Much more details are needed. Does she have shortness of breath? nausea, neck pain, weakness.

Chest pain: This may be a serious heart problem requiring an emergency room visit now. More details are needed, does she have shortness of breath, nausea, neck pain upper back pain, weakness, fever, worsening symptoms moving. If she has shortness of breath, sweating, nausea or worsening symptoms walking she definitely should go to the emergency
