Very difficult: It can be hard to realize that you have a personality disorder, because your way of thinking and acting seems natural to you -- and you may blame others for the problems you face. Often, people with personality disorders come to treatment because of relationship problems, such as a spouse saying "get help or else!" so if concerned, it's best to see a psychiatrist or psychologist for evaluation.
