Ive been using nicoderm patch for 4 days. today i started feeling unusual. fast heartbeat, unable to focus clearly visually, just a abnormal feeling overall. i am extremely nauseous. what can i do to help these side effects subside?

Side effects: What strength of nicoderm are you using? Are you still smoking? Can you back off and use a milder patch? If you're already using the mildest strength I'm concerned about the rapid heart beat and nausea and I recommend not using the patches. Drink flat ginger ale to settle your stomach. You may have to go cold turkey.
