Triggers: Allergic triggers such as dust,mold and pollen may cause nasal inflammation. Other irritants such as smoke and pollution also contribute. An over the counter nasal steroid may be used after gently removing mucus. Cool air mist may improve symptoms. Please follow up with your physician.
