Hard to guess: Fentanyl is an opioid-narcotic-opiate, so is highly addictive. The goal is to use less and less until able to switch to an non-opioid, unless a person is in hospice or a similar status. Opioids have different effects on different people, and patients can tolerate more drug if they've been using more drug... which means different people can die at different doses. Hard to guess a lowest fatal dose.
