I have groin pain in my right side, heaviness as well, also found a deep indentation on my right calf, my knee has a lot of pain when i cross or twist it and a horrible clunky sound, i get pain into the base of my back.

Knee clunk: Although you are having pain in your groin and foot it sounds like the "clunk" in the knee is the primary problem. Clunk in knee often associated with ligament or cartilage damage. Have you had a knee replacement? People that have had a knee replacement can develop patella clunk syndrome.
