Doctor can examine: Most people have a headache at some time, such as from colds and flus, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on a computer, stress at work, etc... A bad or increasing headache, recurrent or weird headache, or one with worrisome symptoms should be examined. Several OTC options include Tylenol, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, but 10 days is much too long. A doctor's exam is needed in such a situation.
