In addition to the above it's located on my scrotum, it's a lump but no paint at all or sensitivity.

Doctor can evaluate: Scrotum or testicle swelling means a trip to the doctor or ER because there can be infection, tumor, allergic reaction, torsion, etc... If torsion happens, a testicle can die. Since one usually cannot tell for sure if his testicle is twisted (torsion), he needs an exam. That said, if the swelling is only the scrotum skin, or due to a mass inside the scrotum, the doctor can help those issues too.
