A member asked:

Is pudendal nerve entrapment common if you have ankylosing spondylitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pudendal nerve : There are no medical literature findings to connect the two. Ankylosing spondylitis can affect the ligaments of the pelvis. Pudendal nerve entrapment mostly commonly occurs between the sacrospinous and sacrotuberous ligaments These ligaments are in the pelvis. It seems possible that the two are connected but there is no medical literature support for it
