Gastroenteritis: There are many different "stomach viruess" (causing viral gastroenteritis). Norovirus is the most common. Symptoms usually start after 1-3 days. About 60% of exposed persons become ill. If you're beyond 4-5 days and not yet having nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea, probably you didn't get it. However, other viruses can take longer, so no guarantees.
