My sister platelets are too high almost 1750*10^9/i ,hb is too low6.1, iron is too low 9,fretin is too low2.96,tsh is high 23.42.. what is the problem? why platlets are too high? is ot anemia? is it due to iron deffcoency or due to high tsh?

Specialists: You have serious blood and /or bone marrow issues. Thrombocytosis and iron deficiency with severe anemia require an evaluation by a hematologist. Appropriate testing will be done. Your underactive thyroid requires treatment and I recommend consulting an endocrinologist for that.
