Dreams: We all dream nightly. Some medications lower the frequency of REM sleep, when we dream. If you are on a med check w/your doctor. You can keep a reorder or pad and pencil by your bed and as soon as you wake up, don’t move, think about what is in your mind and write it down. You can capture dreams that way. Peace and good health.
