Is it normal not to dream?

No: Everybody has dreams when they sleep. However, some people don't remember their dreams or don't realize they were dreaming, and thus say they do not dream. Researchers have found that people who say they do not dream actually do have dreams during sleeping.

Dreams: We all dream nightly. Some medications lower the frequency of REM sleep, when we dream. If you are on a med check w/your doctor. You can keep a reorder or pad and pencil by your bed and as soon as you wake up, don’t move, think about what is in your mind and write it down. You can capture dreams that way. Peace and good health.
