I have lupus but have been experiencing all the signs for hashimotos but my tpo level is normal (18) could this just be the lupus?

Hashimoto's disease: This disorder is characterized by an underactive thyroid and therefore the TSH level would be elevated but the thyroid hormone markers will be below normal. Antithyroid globulin will be elevated.
