Sure can!: Most sinus infections are caused by viruses. They can last 10 days and then the worst tapers off rapidly over the next week or so with an occasional sniffle. Doctors are advised to prescribe antibiotics only if no better after 10 days, or if get significantly worse with fever, blood in the mucus, marked increased pain. Avoid fragrances, aerosols and all smoke (including candles) as these irritate
