4 day old baby who last pooped on friday night. what must i do?

Hard to say: Babies first poop is very important & this happened. After that the pattern can vary. Breast fed infants can poop a smear every feed or fill a diaper once a week & be normal. If it is soft when they go it is not constipation. Without a better description of feeds/behavior/symptoms little can be said other than it may be normal.
