Had unprotected sex about a week and a half ago 3 hrs later took plan b pill. started my period couple days later,was early for me. about 4 days into my period left nipple started to hurt if i touched it now off period and nipple still hurts. normal?

If it persists...: A patient in her twenties with new nipple tenderness can get evaluated by her primary care doctor or her Ob-Gyn doctor if the tenderness persists, or if she starts having other breast or nipple symptoms. Because nipples do get affected by sex hormones, alterations in hormones such as after taking a Plan B hormone pill could be related... but such an effect should wear off in days.
