Doctor can evaluate: Testicles should not ache for no reason, so one's primary care doctor can check. Testicle area pains can be due to too much motion during sports (lack of a jock strap), an inguinal hernia, prolonged erections, trauma (getting hit or kicked), torsion (an Emergency), infections, etc... A common cause of such pain in jumping teens is the lack of a jock strap (testes don't like being a yoyo).
