Specifically, i am experiencing bruises that arent attributed to an injury. first it was my left foot with bruising where my toes connect to my foot. now it's my right with bruising on the inside above my heel.

Bruising: I suspect trivial trauma, probably from footwear, that's causing the bruising. Serious blood deficiencies would cause scattered or generalized bruising, bleeding from gums,etc. Taking aspirin,anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve or corticosteroid medication, vitamin C deficiency can also causing easy bruising. See MD as needed.
