Chest discomfort: Chest discomfort on inhaling and exhaling may be from lung or pleural(lung lining) pathology,rib cage strain/inflammation or injury, or pericarditis(heart lining inflammation). In rib cage causes, there is associated chest wall tenderness). I recommend an examination by your physician if your symptom persist as some of these disorders are serious.
