Sounds ok, but...: As the saying goes, the only things guaranteed in life are "death and taxes." Everything else has some uncertainty. That said, it would be very unlikely that one episode of sex using a condom properly would cause a person to catch HIV. First, does the other person even have HIV? If not, then there is zero chance (mathematically rounded) of catching it, because you can't get something from nothing.
