Urine testing: HPV ?: Any DNA testing for a particular virus, bacteria or fungus would be not dependable to rule out HPV of the vulva/throat. If the testing is to be reliable, it needs to include a tissue sample from the vulva or vaginal smear of the cervix, or throat to be accurate.

Maybe vulval HPV but: A woman in her late 20's would have been vaccinated against the more dangerous strains of genital HPV, right? We vaccinate all persons when they reach middle school age. If a person missed his or her vaccines, or only got the earlier vaccine versions that had fewer strains of protection, he or she can ask a primary care doctor about Gardasil-9 vaccine. The doctor can check for genital warts, too.
