HIV: If the oral membranes are damaged then the chances are higher. If there are cuts, damages, ulcers in the mouth then the chances are higher. It also depends on the person's viral load of HIV, the higher the viral load the higher the chance of transmission of HIV. It is best to abstain from sexual contact with a person with HIV , less safe is using condoms.
