See your doctor ASAP: Please consult your doctor asap and address the following issue: (a) get tested for HIV and (b) repeat the tests as advised, (c) discuss getting treatment for HIV as there is evidence that early institution of treatment may prevent development of infection or delay the onset of aids. You may visit your city or county health department in case you have affordability issues.

1st off, don't panic: Obviously you need to always use protection and HIV isn't the only reason but i'm guessing you get that now. Hiv is not that easy to catch, you have to work at it. Risk of HIV infection from receptive anal intercourse with hiv+ male who ejaculates is at worst 1 in 70* less if he's on meds. Risk from other types of sex drops from there. 2nd time=1:35. 20th you're there. Don't gamble with your life!

Get tested immediate: See a HIV specialist asap . Depending on the time of exposure HIV prophylactic treatment may be considered. You will need serial HIV test.

Get with your doctor: It may be too late for prophylaxis, but will want to get tested in the weeks to come. Please love safely from now on. You also got a reminder... This guy wasn't decent enough to warn you. I am sorry there are people Iike him on these websites.
