A member asked:

I think i have a uti, it started 2weeks ago, no burning, slight sort of itch, and a bit of a discharge(noticed usually in the mornings) nothing for the past few days, today i noticed some discharge, is there something i could get at the pharmacy?

Doctor can examine: Anybody who has a urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra, +/- penis) can have a urinary tract infection (UTI). A young man is much less likely than a young woman to get a UTI. So, a male with possible UTI symptoms needs to see his doctor. Lab test may be needed. Also, there are some less common medical disorders that cause UTI symptoms but are not infections.
