Depends on details: Calling one's pediatrician or the local Poison Control center should solve the issue. This usually boils down to what a parent knows vs. what she doesn't know (a toddler's words are not reliable). If the parent knows the toddler really only took 1-2 Celestamine and no other pills, things are probably ok (online sites say the toddler dose is 1/4-1/2 pill each time). Watch for sleepiness.
