I am currently 8+ weeks pregnant but have extreme pain and discomfort in my bladder area and a constant need to push as if i am in labour when i go to the toilet. i have a lot of pain and its even uncomfortable to sit. please help ?

Could be a : bladder infection, needs evaluation and treatment with you doctor, to avoid a kidney infection.

I have a constant feeling of needing to pee. It almost hurts, and when I do go i only go a little and the sense of urgency does not change. It is constant and very uncomfortable. It does not hurt when i go, but it feels like my bladder is still full.
