Unlikely: In order to have a menstrual period, there should be enough time for one's body to cycle and ovulate. Two weeks is too short of a time. Thus, if a woman is having symptoms, she can call her Ob-Gyn doctor or primary care doctor to see if anything needs to be done at this time. A home urine pregnancy test should be negative by now, or surely negative by 3 weeks after the miscarriage.
