Needs more eval: Several possibilities. First, if he ejaculates inside the vagina, the sperm have a natural substance called prostaglandins. These may cause some cramping of your uterus afterwards. If he doesn't, it may be related to a condition called endometriosis- although symptoms of pelvic pain usually also occur during/after a cycle. Any pelvic complaints (female) should at least have a pelvic sono to check.
