Hallo. i dislocated my knee about a year ago. it was very painful. im not able to bend my knee to much or it will dislocate again. now when a walk im having a sparp shooting pain in my knee with every step. please help?

Knee dislocation: This is a rare event and can lead to long term complications including an unstable patella. I recommend consulting an orthopedic surgeon with experience in treating chronic knee problems so that you'll receive appropriate evaluation,testing ,advice,treatment and proper physical therapy.
