Probably nothing: To worry about if there are no symptoms such as pain, swelling or instability. However, if there is significant laxity you could see your doctor or an orthopedist to make sure everything is okay.

No: You could definitely have something wrong with your knee, and I would not hesitate to be checked; but a knee dislocation is not subtle at all; it causes horrific pain and inability to bear any weight on it and also a severe deformity. You certainly don't have a knee dislocation from what you are describing.
