R testicle swollen: May be hydrocele or varicocele, hernia-discomfort, or epididymitis- needs antibiotics has discomfort , if very painful could be torsion which is a medical emergency and you need to be seen immediately, Rarely testicular mass -tumor. F/u/ w/ MD today
