My two year daughter hasnt been eating for the past 3days. she is afraid and cries when she has to pass stools. we have consulted at least 3 different drs over the past 3 weeks, however there is still no solution. ?

Hard to assess: Kids at that age are difficult to assess without a hands on exam and full review of history. Crying & fear when approaching stooling suggests she had either a large/hard or bulky stool that caused pain when she pooped.Now she won't eat so she doesn't have to go poop.Anesthetic cream placed around the anus might help but an exam to exclude an anal sore should be done.
