Good day, what is the risk, if any, of engaging in oral sex with an undetectable hiv positive person?

Very low: There is always some risk of catching HIV from any HIV patient but if his viral count is undetectable (he has very few viruses floating around in his blood), and interactions are oral where nobody can see blood nor taste blood, the chance of catching the virus is very low.
