MORNING SICKNESS: Hi, avoid using any product, ( even if it says it's natural!) during your pregnancy. If you have severe morning sickness talk to your OB/gyn , he might prescript a safe medication. In the meanwhile : Eat smaller, more frequent meals. Soothe your stomach with ginger. Try ginger tea, ginger chews, ginger preserves, or ginger ale made with real ginger. Avoid strong smells.
