Havent had my period since 9/1 ovulation was 9/15 had light spotting 9/26 to 9/28 i took a home test it was positive but went to the er and it was negative i asked them to draw my blood they said they only do urine test ?

Can retest in 1 week: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If varying results, can do another home urine test one week later.
