Fever: Is always concerning, more than the ESR result in this context. You will need to see your doc as soon as possible for a history, physical exam and further tests as needed as ESR itself would not discriminate here among many conditions that will make you feel the way you described it. All details matter so try to capture in a log as much as you can as far as timing.
